Return Policy

During the first 30 days after receiving your order, if you are not satisfied with our device, feel free to return your device to us for a refund. After this 30-day period, purchased infusion pumps cannot be returned. Any item damaged due to reasons that are not included in the warranty cannot be qualified for a refund.

 

Procedures Of Goods Return

 

  1. Please contact our customer support via E-mail, or online chatting during our working hours. Support mailbox: info@autoinfu.com
  2. Please attach a photo of the goods to us in email. We must confirm the status of the goods. We will give you a response within 12 hours during business days, we will give you a response within 72 hours if weekends. Our team will offer you return and exchange guidance according to your specific requirements. Kindly let us know your purpose, then we will provide you the returned address.
  3. All goods (including all parts and attachments) must be returned to us via express delivery. Ship the product to the address we provide.
  4. A refund will be issued after the product is received and inspected by Autoinfu for damage or missing accessories. Payment methods for refund: PayPal. The refund will reach your account within 1-5 business days. We are dedicated to making our customers satisfied, and we encourage you to contact us if the product you have purchased does not meet your demands.

 

Maintenance Warranty

 

Our company guarantees the new instrument on the material and technological qualification for this product within 12 months since the purchasing day. This warranty is inapplicable to the products undergoing any modifications, disassembles, refittings or self-repairings without the permission of our company. We're not responsible of the products damaged by accidents such as fire, thunder and lightning, flood and other disasters, intentional damage, improper installation, and improper usage. If you need help with maintenance, or you want to purchase our product in large quantities, please contact us.

Who pays return shipping costs?

For non-quality returns and rejections, you will need to pay shipping costs.
 
For products with quality problems you will not need to pay shipping costs.
 

Damaged Product:

If a product is damaged during shipping, send it back to us, we will pay the shipping and maintenance costs. If you are responsible for the damage, send the item back to us for maintenance. You will have to pay the shipping and maintenance costs.
 

Restocking Fees

 

Customers are responsible for a 15% restocking fee. We are committed to reduce or eliminate restocking fees to the greatest extent possible. Please contact info@autoinfu.com for pre-approval and to get return address. Refunds will be credited once we have received and inspected the returned product (pre-approved returns only).
